Initial Evaluation

Service Description

All evaluation and treatment sessions are (1:1) one on one for approximately 1 hour with Dr. Orlando. A full assessment will be conducted to; screen mobility, flexibility, range of motion, strength, functional movement patterns, and tissue health. This will allow us to establish a diagnosis, begin treatment, and develop a plan of care to truly FIXING problems to make you better! That means any & all treatment techniques warranted including ; o Spine and Joint Alignment o IASTM o Cupping o Movement Screening & Analysis – Running, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Sport Movement o Sport Massage, Manual Stretching & Muscle Release o Corrective Exercise o Taping o Home Exercise and intervention prescription

Cancellation Policy

• No Show / Cancel / Rescheduling < 24 hours = 100% of appointment cost • In this scenario, those on a "Care Plan" have the option of paying a 50% charge to avoid forfeiting a session. •. > 24 hours = no charge * If you need to cancel within 24 hours, you will forfeit a session and pay in full.
