No Show = 75% of service cost 1-24 Hour Cancelation w/o reschedule = 50% of service cost 24-48 Hour Cancelation w/o reschedule = 25% of service cost 1-24 Hour Rescheduling = 25% of service cost >24 Hour Rescheduling = Free (full Refund)
