Cupping
Cupping is a form of massage therapy that decompresses "fascia" which is the connective tissue incasing your muscles, bones, arteries, nerves and veins. When the "fascia" becomes too tight it works as a shrink wrap around these structures. The decompression at problem sites allow more space for muscles to function, blood to move, and a sense of relaxation surrounding the area.
